Policies

Minimum stay is required on holiday weekends and Hico, TX special events weekends; 2 night minimum.
Smoking is allowed outside only.
Limited accommodations for guest pets.
Children are welcome. (This is a great house for families!)
No childcare is provided.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted. (Guest must bring their own.)
Check In time is normally 3:00 p.m but is also variable.
Check Out time is Noon.

One week minimum cancellation policy. We are a very small family operation.
