- Minimum stay is required on holiday weekends and Hico, TX special events weekends; 2 night minimum.
- Smoking is allowed outside only.
- Limited accommodations for guest pets.
- Children are welcome. (This is a great house for families!)
- No childcare is provided.
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted. (Guest must bring their own.)
- Check In time is normally 3:00 p.m but is also variable.
- Check Out time is Noon.
